Order Processing time

This is the time I need to make and prepare an order for dispatch. Order Processing differs from Dispatch time.

We Ship from London in the UK.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation order please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Should you require any assistance with your order please contact us at info@mustardandmint.co.uk. It will not be possible to make amendments to your order once it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the delivery address which you provide us. If an order is returned to us due to an error in the delivery address, we shall refund the original order (minus the shipping fees) and ask that you resubmit the order.

Potential service interruptions.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.The times listed above may change from time to time due to circumstances such as delays due to COVID restrictions, local and regional postal strikes, changes to our supply chain, high volumes of orders during peak periods of workload and any personal unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated at www.mustardandmint.co.uk.

We offer £2.95 flat rate shipping to the UK with Royal Mail Second Class. Postage upgrades are available as detailed below.

Estimated delivery times

While we will make every effort to ensure the timely arrival of your order, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. Mustard & Mint is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit.

The times quoted above are only estimates and delays may occur beyond Mustard & Mints control once dispatched. The times above exclude weekends and/or holidays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via Royal Mail International Untracked Standard from £5.20. Upgrades are available at checkout.

Customs and import taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes in your region (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mustard & Mint is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Mustard & Mint are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, exchanges and refunds.

We hope that you are madly in love with your Mustard & Mint goodies but, hey sometimes it just doesn't work out. Let’s try and work things out.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Exceptions apply (please see our returns policy for details of all exceptions).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mustardandmint.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
